For Healthcare Providers:

Pelvic floor physical therapy can provide patients with relief from symptoms related to, but not limited to, bowel and bladder issues, sexual dysfunction, pelvic pain, pregnancy, and post-partum issues, as well as orthopedic issues. Please contact us for additional information.

  • New patients can reach out to us via email at info@solsticept.com or call us at (929)269-2505. Please write a prescription for pelvic floor physical therapy, and if possible, include diagnosis codes. This can be given to the patient or emailed to us at info@solsticept.com or faxed at (929)290-0350.

In New York State, patients can start physical therapy without a prescription for up to 30 days or 10 visits (whichever comes first). Please note that Medicare requires a prescription to start physical therapy.

  • We offer free 15-minute phone consultations for all patients; simply have the patient call or email us. If you have questions as the provider, feel free to email us at info@solsticept.com or call us at (929) 269-2505, and one of our therapists will get back to you to discuss the patient’s specific needs.

  • We are out-of-network providers, but we work with all insurances. We are happy to verify patients' insurance and review their benefits with them.

  • All of our therapists are licensed physical therapists in New York State. We have received additional certifications which include either the WCS or the PRPC. The WCS is a women's health physical therapy certification from the American Physical Therapy Association, which is achieved after 2000 hours of work in pelvic health/womens health physical therapy, completion of patient case study, as well as passing speciality examination. The PRPC is the pelvic rehabilitation practitioner certification from Herman and Wallace Institute of Pelvic Health, which is achieved after taking 4 levels of pelvic floor training, followed by passing a specialty examination. All of our therapists take continuing education classes, as well as engage in mentoring and teaching. Please see our bios for more information about each therapist.

  • We treat all genders of all ages, including pediatrics.
