Erica and Kara treated me for pelvic pain for over two years. They have absolutely saved my life. Thanks to them, the debilitating pain I once had now no longer exists. I will forever be grateful for their wisdom, care and compassion.

Pelvic floor rehabilitation

What is it?

The pelvic floor is a group of muscles that sits at the base of the pelvis, running from the tailbone to the pubic bone. These muscles play many roles in the body including supporting the spine, control of bladder and bowel, organ support, and sexual function. Due to their many functions, issues can arise that cause dysfunction across multiple systems of the body. This includes the urinary, gastrointestinal, reproductive and orthopedic systems. We take a holistic approach to healing, assessing the root cause of your symptoms and forming an individualized plan of care to help you achieve your goals. Find out more.

I came to pelvic floor physical therapy out of desperation when I was 24, about two years after I’d given up on living pain-free ever again. After years of doctors being unable to diagnose me, I was amazed to finally have the right diagnosis within 45 minutes. Both the treatment and guidance I received from Erica & Kara gave me my life and my future back. I don’t know what I would have done without them!
— Will, Age 24

Having known Kara for nearly 3 years now, I’m happy to say she’s very skilled as a pelvic floor PT. She always goes above and beyond in taking care of her patients. Plus she’s very warm and compassionate and takes a real interest in her patients’ well-being. She communicates with my doctors and helps come up with the best care plan tailored for me. I would highly recommend Kara. She has done so much to help my pelvic pain and bladder issues and I’m forever thankful.
